The most enjoyable thing that worked at Hawken school is the great support from parents. Students at Hawken school are well trained at home, and they behave well comparing other schools. School's work environment is very neat and nice, and school funding for programs is sufficient.
Since the job requirement is a very demanding and academic achievement is very aggressive, so teachers are getting exhausted after working for a couple of years. Additionally, the school consistently changing the administration team and program setting, make teachers very exhausted to chase the new method or new setting. That's something you need to put into consideration if you plan to work at Hawken School.
